IMS Russell Center Director- Faith Anderson
My name is Faith Anderson and I am the Center Director for Imagination Station at Russell. I have been in the field of education for over 20 years. I began my career as a teacher and transitioned into various administrative roles. My educational degrees include pre-school/elementary, curriculum and teaching, school administration, and psychoeducational processes.
I believe every child is special and should be treated that way. At Imagination Station Russell, your child will be in a safe environment where he/she will be given love, encouragement, and teaching that will enable him/her to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

IMS Sunset Center Director- Michele Flazer
My name is Michele Flazer and I am the Center Director for Imagination Station at Sunset.
I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 15 years. I began my career as a teacher and held several administrative roles throughout the years, leading up to Center Director. I have experience leading a team through Nevada’s Quality Rating and Improvement System as well as NAEYC Accreditation. I continued to grow my knowledge in Early Childhood Education through the Council for Professional Recognition, in addition to the College of Southern Nevada. Providing children with a safe, nurturing and academically stimulating environment is my passion and I hope our team can provide that experience for your child.
IMS Palace Center Director- Meagan Andrade
Meagan Andrade is the Center Director of the Imagination Station Early Learning Center, the Palace location. Meagan has served as Director at our Palace location since June of 2019. Meagan began with Imagination Station as Director of the Sunset location in March of 2018.
Prior to working with Imagination Station, Meagan has served the Las Vegas and Henderson community, as a Licensed Center Director since 2005. Her previous directorship has also supported several programs in achieving National Accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and the National Advisory Council. Meagan has also supported her centers through Nevada’s QRIS Program.
Meagan has been an Early Childhood Educator and Professional for 22 years. She is an advocate for Early Childhood Education and Quality Programs, she is also a proud mother of four, and a life long learner and returning student.
